EPHEA was incorporated in 2012 to strengthen the association’s standing and to enable it to continue to support the work of equity practitioners. Annual membership assists EPHEA to manage and support the core activities and potential special projects.

If you are a new member and want to join as an individual or as part of an existing institutional membership, fill out our application form.

Our team will then be in touch regarding your most suitable membership option for you.

EPHEA membership fees are charged on a calendar year and are tax deductible if not covered by your institution. Fees are due by 30 April each year.

If you are unsure whether you or your organisation already holds a paid membership for the current year, please check with us before making a purchase.

Options for Membership Payment include: membership purchase via PayPal using the below store options, asking us to issue a PayPal invoice, or a direct banking transfer. More information can be found on our frequently asked questions page.

EPHEA members nominate Lifetime Members every two years who are awarded at the bienninal conference.

This award recognises the long term and significant contribution by colleagues to equity in universities and TAFE. The award also seeks to recognise specific contributions to work within EPHEA over the years.

The award allows our organisation to maintain a formal relationship with our esteemed colleagues who are no longer officially engaged in the sector and to highlight the continued important work of existing practitioners.
